Over time a bathroom vanity door can begin to sag. This happens due to the fact that the cabinet door is open and closed so often. In most cases the vanity door is sagging because of a loose screw.

To see if this is the reason for your drooping bathroom vanity door, open the door and look at the top and bottom hinges.

In particular, look at the top hinge, where it is fastened into the side of the bathroom vanity frame. More often than not the screw that holds the hinge tightly against the bathroom vanity frame has become loose.

To fix the sagging bathroom vanity door, simply lift up on it to the proper height, and while doing so use a Philips screwdriver to tighten the loose screw. Also check the lower hinge screw and tighten it if it too has become loose.

Once you’ve tightened the screws close and open the bathroom vanity door a couple of times. With any luck you have fixed your sagging bathroom vanity door.
