You may want to talk to a local real estate agent to give you an idea of what the top end price would be for a house to sell in your neighborhood. Every prospective home buyer loves to walk into a home and see a modern and clean bathroom or kitchen, with all the state-of-the-art appliances and\/or fixtures. However, a well landscaped yard can make all the difference in a house selling or not.
