A bathroom renovation project provides one of the highest returns on investment, and so in most cases it makes financial sense to be a little trendy and self indulgence when it comes to your home\u2019s bathrooms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Another advantage of a bathroom renovation project is that the bathroom remodeling costs don\u2019t necessarily need to be exorbitant.\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A bathroom remodeling project can be as simple as consisting of a new paint job, and new throw rugs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">On the other hand, a bathroom remodeling project can become quite expensive if the bathroom remodeling design plans include, new custom ceramic tile showers, Jacuzzi tubs, steam showers, double sinks and\/or ceramic flooring.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In many cases bathroom renovations can be accomplished by the handy do it yourself homeowner. Ceramic tile installation and painting walls are frequently tackled by diy homeowners. Likewise, the semi-handy diy homeowner can also easily install new towel racks and bathroom mirrors.<\/span><\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\" width=\"50%\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Before jumping into a new bathroom renovation project, always start out by first coming up with a bathroom remodeling design. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sketch out the existing or new locations of plumbing fixtures. Large tubs filled with water weigh a great deal and could compromise the structural integrity of the existing bathroom floor.<\/span><\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\" width=\"50%\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Also, before kicking off your bathroom renovation project, check with your local building inspector for necessary permits. In general, if plumbing is required, you\u2019ll need at least a plumbing permit and most likely will you need to have a plumber contractor pull the permit for you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If you plan to subcontract out some of the bathroom renovations, make sure to get at least 2 to 3 contractor bids.
