Installing a pre-cast concrete stairway is relatively an easy project to do IF you\u2019re organized and can coordinate a couple of contractors.<\/p>\n<p>A pre-cast concrete stairway is much lighter and typically more durable than a poured-in place concrete stairway. Normally an excavator is used for digging the hole around the foundation.
