In this video Mark Donovan of HomeAdditionPlus.com reviews Stanley’s new TLM65 Laser Distance Measurer.
Stanley recently announced the introduction of a new measuring tool called the TLM65 Laser Distance Measurer that makes measuring distances up to 65 feet, and auto-calculating square or cubic area in either feet or meters, fast and easy. Simply put, the TLM65 enables point and click instant measurements. And with its ability to automatically calculate square feet or cubic footage of a room or space, it makes the perfect tool for real estate agents, DIY homeowners, and home building and remodeling contractors.
As a DIY homeowner I find the tool to be particularly useful for quickly and accurately estimating for home building materials such as flooring, drywall, interior trim, paint and tile. Home remodeling contractors and builders I’m sure will also find it equally as useful. As a licensed real estate agent I also see the TLM65 saving me a lot of time when measuring room size areas for a home I’m listing.
The TLM65 is also very accurate. It can measure distances ranging from 8 inches up to 65 feet within 1/8 of an inch of accuracy, without the need of assistance that is typically required with the traditional measuring tape.
The Stanley STHT77032 TLM65 Laser Distance Measurer, 65-Feet can be found at mass retailers, home centers, and independent retailers. It sells for approximately $40.29 at the time of this writing.
So whether you’re a DIY homeowner, a painter, drywaller, architect, appraiser, or home remodeling contractor, like me, you’ll find d the TLM65 Laser Distance Measure an extremely useful tool to own.
