Remodeling a Powder Room by Installing Raised Chair Rail, Light Fixture and More

Recently I decided to tackle a small powder room remodeling project in our home. One of the key new features I included in the powder room remodel was adding raised chair rail up near the bathroom ceiling. |
The powder room has walls that are nearly 10 feet tall, so by incorporating the raised chair rail I was able to break up the long tall wall surfaces.
| Next I painted the powder room a light green earth tone color.
I also painted the raised chair rail white to provide a nice contrast with the freshly painted walls. I then installed a new light fixture and bathroom mirror to complete the small powder room remodeling project. The total cost of the powder room remodel was around $200. |
